Anywhere inside the service area. We confirm the address is in range during the booking flow.

We handle setup logistics#

The Rangers arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the start time. They unload, set up five Zone 1 activity stations and the Zone 2 show area, and check in with you when ready. You hand off a single point of contact for any logistical questions and otherwise stay out of their way.

Space requirements#

About 30 by 30 feet for the show area, plus room for the five activity stations. Backyards, covered patios, community rooms, church campuses, and driveways with enough space all work. If you are unsure your space fits, send a photo or measurements when you inquire.

Power requirements#

One standard outlet near the setup area. That is enough for the animatronics, the AI Photo Station, and the show audio.

Distance and pricing#

No travel fee inside the service area. The flat-rate price you book ($750 Basic or $1,000 Premium) is what you pay regardless of where in South Florida the address is.

Outside the service area — Treasure Coast, Naples, Orlando — events are case-by-case. Contact us and we will quote travel.

Same-week and last-minute bookings#

The booking system enforces a 7-day minimum. The earliest available slot is always one week out from today.

Available same-week slots are most common in three scenarios:

1. Weekday events (Tuesday through Thursday afternoons) — daycare end-of-year, neighborhood block parties, last-minute birthdays
2. Off-peak Saturday afternoons (after 3pm) — less in-demand than morning slots
3. Sunday events — Sundays book later than Saturdays in most months

If your target date is a Saturday morning in spring or fall, that slot probably needs 4 to 6 weeks notice. If your target is a Thursday afternoon, same-week is reasonable.

What happens after you book#

A predictable sequence.

Within 5 minutes of booking#

Confirmation email with date, package, address, deposit receipt, and a link to the customer portal.

7 days before#

A check-in email from the team. We confirm your point of contact, the setup location at the address, and the outlet location. If outdoor with weather risk, we discuss covered backup options.

24 to 48 hours before#

A final timeline email. Arrival time, show start, show end, load-out time. Any last-minute logistics get handled here.

Day of#

Rangers arrive on time. The team handles the experience. You host the rest of the party (cake, food, presents) on your own timeline.

After#

AI photos from the AI Photo Station get delivered to you through the portal within 24 hours. A follow-up email asks how it went.
