What a Miami mobile event looks like#

The format is the same whether you book in Coral Gables or Hialeah.

A team of Rangers arrives 60 to 90 minutes before the start. We unload, set up five hands-on Zone 1 activity stations and the Zone 2 show area. For the next 60 to 90 minutes, the kids rotate through stations in small groups: a Master Fossil Exhibition with 30+ touchable fossil replicas, a Fossil Dig Station where kids excavate fossils to keep, an AI Photo Station, the Discovery Dino Mat, and the Dino-Inflatable Target Game. Then everyone comes together for the show.

On Basic (60 minutes, $750 flat), the show is a Ranger-led narrative with the five baby dinosaur puppets. Kids meet each one, learn what it eats, how it moves, what makes it different.

On Premium (90 minutes, $1,000 flat), the show opens with a volcano-eruption moment, then runs the petting zoo with two baby dinosaurs, an AI-powered robot Triceratops doing tricks, and ends with an 8-foot T-Rex comedy finale.

Every kid leaves with a Jr. Ranger Badge sticker and the fossil they dug up.

1. Pick a date. 7-day minimum, 4 to 6 weeks ahead recommended for weekend slots in April through June or October through November.

3. Pay the deposit. The portal opens; the day-of timeline gets shared a week before.

Same-week availability is sometimes possible for weekday events or off-peak Saturday afternoons.
